Ohotyuk Volodymyr Oleksandrivych was born in 1955 in Kotovsk, Odessa Region.

In 1978, he graduated from the Odessa Popov Electrotechnical National Academy of Communications, majoring in “Multichannel operation”.

Between 1978 and 2005, he worked in the institutions of the Territorial Centre of DLD Control #2, “Ukrtek” and the Directorate of Primary Network of PJSC “Ukrtelecom” in various positions.

In 1990-1991, he worked in a group of advisors in the Ministry of Communications in the Republic of Cuba.

While working, he had attended the Training Centres of PJSC “Ukrtelecom”, “Nortel”, “Lucent-Technologies” and others.

Since February 2005 - the Director of LLC “Victoria Feliz”

Since 2011 - the General Director of LLC “Victoria Feliz”

He is married and has three children.
